Just a quick note of thanks for the service received today. It was always going to be challenging to get American Fridge Freezers in and out of the house but it was done with minimal fuss.

 Dave and Adam (I think that was the names) were happy to push on even though it was a little risky at points and have done a great job getting it all set up. There was a minor scratch to the paintwork but I accept that is entirely the risk of doing the job and I don't want Dave on Adam to feel any responsibility for this as this wasn't down to clumsiness or laziness.

 100% came across as decent guys who I was comfortable leaving alone in the house when required. Much more so than the lazy sods that turned up from AO.
